Return period
You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return a product, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

How to request a return
Contact us at contact@alpora-shop.com or +33 6 44 65 42 99, indicating your order number and the item or items concerned. Our customer service team will respond within 48 business hours and provide you with return shipping instructions.

Please indicate your order number inside the package so that we can process your return promptly.

Condition of the returned product
You may handle the product to verify its nature, characteristics and proper functioning, as you would in a store. You are liable only for any depreciation resulting from handling that goes beyond such verification. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds
The refund covers the full amount paid for the returned items. It is issued no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the return, using your original payment method. If the refund does not appear within this period, contact us at contact@alpora-shop.com.

Defective or damaged product
Contact us as soon as possible after receipt, enclosing a photo of the product and packaging. Following verification, we will replace or fully refund the product concerned.

Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return: unsealed hygiene and personal care products (toothbrushes, razors, epilators, cosmetics, perfumes), unsealed underwear and swimwear, unsealed audio recordings or software, food products and food supplements, personalized or made-to-measure items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item concerned and place a new order.
